13 SCEL students welcomed Spring in the Northwest by enjoying a weekend trip to Seattle for shopping, sightseeing, and a professional baseball game. The size of the group was double the size of the group that travelled to Portland in February and students had a great time experiencing downtown Seattle.
Students stayed for two nights across the street from the world famous Seattle Public Market and were within walking distance of every major attraction in the city. One of the highlights of the trip was the drive to Seattle from Spokane. Most of the students on the trip have never spent more that two hours on a road trip before.
