The service club is meeting today at the 2nd Harvest Food Bank for sort night. Here is a message from Tera, the queen bee of the service club:
Thank you for signing up for the Food Bank tomorrow, June 19th.
The work starts at 5:30pm and ends at 7:00pm.
It is important to wear comfortable, warm clothes and tennis shoes. You might get dirty.
The Food Bank is located at 1234 East Front Avenue Spokane, WA 99202-2148.
To get to the Food Bank, take bus 29 from the Downtown Plaza. There is a bus that leaves zone 5 at 5:20pm.
Ask the bus driver to stop at Trent and Denver. Tell him/her you are going to the Food Bank.
After you get off the bus, you must walk one block away from the River. You will see the sign that says Second Harvest Food Bank. It is a big building.
